While I don't like some of the way it's setup... the service is excellent.

Hostgator is pretty good for thier support and hosting. Only thing that I know of on the downside about HG is thier shared and reseller plans have a 25 continuous click feature. Which for a board with over 600 or more members is bad.

Their servers are excellent but the real differentiating feature is their support, which is much much better than a lot of hosts out there.

Their support, I can guarantee that it is the best.

I've been disappointed with them. Their MySql servers never worked for me and the customer suppor... left a lot to be desired. But that's just one experience, as people have said, ask around/view threads.

Tickets submitted to there ticket system were only replied to the first time. After that any follow ups asking why your sites are still down will NOT get responded to...
